Hi everyone. Got my TP2 a few weeks ago and happy with it for the most part.

However, there are times, just sometimes, when I don't receive an alert (the sound and vibration) when I receive a text message if the phone is on sleep mode. When this happens, the alert comes on only when I reactivate the phone to awake mode. As I said, this doesn't happen all the time. Most of the time this feature works just fine but this occasional glitch has left me puzzled, not to mention a little annoyed as well.

Has anyone else faced this and know why? Is there a solution? Appreciate any feedback.

i get that too sometimes!! i wonder what's wrong with that? i also experience a lag in the messages tab sometimes. when i select "all messages" it doesn't load..

I also realize there is no sound when the screen is turned off coming from AIM... it would be nice if there was so we know when someone is contacting us.
