My new phone is fantastic, it makes my old Incite seem like a total piece of crap.

But the 6.5 Start Menu is the most retarded thing I've seen in a long time.  It's pretty, but there seems to be no way to arrange the icons other than the ridiculous "Move to Top" option.  You can't even sort them alphabetically, it's so stupid.  This is the kind of Microsoft idiocy that keeps Apple in business.

Please, someone tell me of a way to simply arrange the items on the Tilt 2 Start Menu...

I don't know of a cab as of yet to re-arrange the icons - I do believe there's one out there to put the old start menu back on. However: You can use your File Explorer or TotalComander to create your own folders and then create a .lnk in Windows/Start Menu to point to it, so they'll show up.

Making something show up isn't a big deal... Arranging the icons, something that should be a no-brainer, seems to be impossible.  They just appear in a more or less random order.  GEOS on my Commodore 64 can do better than this.

The start menu icons are a problem of windows mobile 6.5 they did however fix this in 6.5.3 which allowed for drag and drop. Honestly though your the first person ive herd of making an issue of this on an htc phone considering the UI allows you to dedicate programs to easily available spots.

It isn't the same at all.  I mean.. come...on.  It's pretty idiotic that you can't arrange the start menu.

lol while i agree that it wasnt a great move with the start menu that is why they have corrected the issue. Id also like to know how having a icon on your home screen is not the same as hiving an icon on your start menu? Cool

So if I'm just now ordering a Tilt 2, will it have the upgraded win mobile 6.5.3? If not, do you know how/where I can get it? And just to confirm, with this upgrade, it allows you to drag & drop the icons to reorder them? Thanks!!
