pretty much, yes. The keyboard is a bit different and att puts a ptt button on the side, I think.

ok i was wanting to flash a rom but i read you have to do something to the phone before you can flash it but i didnt find anything.for the att model can someone maybe give me a link to the best most stable rom for my att tilt 2 and a walkthrough on what all needs to be done to flash my phone it would be much appricated:)

I don't have a link (I'm on Sprint with mine), but I can tell you where to look for ROMs & instruction:
xda-developers.com & ppcgeeks.com .

If there's a custom ROM for the Tilt2, they'll have it. There are also video's on youtube, showing how to unlock the hardSPL and how to flash.
