I think so cause I saw cities like Tokyo that were outside the US.  Since the TP2 has a European version, I expect all major European cities to be supported.

what I could find greece was found in my weather app, but I would guess they got the same locs in the tp2 as on their homepage for the weather http://www.accuweather.com/ but Im not totally sure though 8P

on the tp we had WeatherDataBaseEditor to include any and all cities.

Don't know if that works on the TP2, but if it doesn't, I'm sure they have an updated one around on xda-developers.com or ppcgeeks.com.
