Hi all!

I'm in Australia and I just order one from eBay today! I'm really excited.
It's a T-mobile model. Shocked I'm still a newbie with window mobile.
I think I'll need any advices I can get around here.  Grin
Thanks

Congrats, but how did you get it for free?  And is this Tmobile Australia or Tmobile USA?

It's a T-mobile USA of course!  Shocked You simply just call to T mobile service center then tell them that you are going to take your phone abroad with you to Europe or something, and they will transfer the line to the "International help desk" or you can just ask them to redirect you. And then you just give them the IMEI number of the phone and they will give you the unlock code! that's all.

Cheers!  Cheesy

Did you have to pay for the phone though or is the unlock code free?

I understand that the unlock is free but I'm not sure whether you have to be T-mobile customer or not because they may be require some information from you.
Because I bought the phone for $500 from eBay then I asked the seller to call T-mobile and follow the steps I posted above, and it's work like a charm!

500 is a good price for it to be unlocked.  Congratulations.
