Hi Everyone

I'm a proud owner of a new HTC Tilt2. Telstra has finally decided to support the model. It's not officially released yet buy I managed to buy one that was meant to become a shop display model.

It might be worth telling prospective buys in Australia that if you don't get support for 850 MHz, it will not work on Telstra's Next G network. Will still work on the slower 3G.

If you want support for Telstra's Next G network, you'll have to buy from Telstra. If not, you can buy from Brightpoint, Personal Digital, Expansys, etc.

Telstra still hasn't officially released it. However, some of the Telstra T[life] stores are franchises and they are willing to sell you the phone.

In Sydney, I know that the Rhodes and Carlingford stores would sell if they had stock.
